As Managing Shareholder:

Works with clients in various industries as a management consultant and as their interpretive accountant.
Assists clients on issues of business growth, human resources, tax and financial planning, including acquisitions and divestitures and financing decisions.
Develops management procedures for implementation by clients to maintain their businesses on a stable financial platform while growing their net worth.

Certified Public Accountant; Bachelor of Science, cum laude, University of Missouri St. Louis.

Outside of the office, Carl enjoys working in his extensive garden/yard, exercising and spending time with his daughter (an equine veterinarian), friends and his dog and cats.
